Energy On Continues to Service Customers During Covid-19

Taking every measure to operate within the guidelines set by Commonwealth and State Government recommendations, Energy On continues to serve our customers, keeping our business safe and ensuring that we provide our embedded networks with their utilities.

Customer Service Team

Throughout this time of uncertainty, our Customer Service Team continues to answer enquiries, however, there have been slightly longer wait times for customers calling with enquiries. In line with Government directives, we have reduced the size of our team working in the office, with half of The Team working from home. We recommend emailing enquiries to TheTeam@EnergyOn.com.au.

Moving In

If you are moving into a property with an Energy On embedded network during this time, please contact us via our website or alternatively email The Team.

Moving Out

If you are moving out of your property, please complete the move out form on the Energy On website or alternatively email The Team.

Payment Assistance

Energy On continues to charge no late fees or overdue fees.  We are actively working with our customers to set up payment plans for energy costs, taking their financial situation into consideration.  It is important to note that there will be no disconnections for customers in financial stress during this time.  We will continue to provide essential services to all customers. Contact us if you wish to request a payment extension or apply for a payment plan to manage your expenses.

Our Customer Service Team is ready to assist you through this period, if you have questions, or would like to discuss setting up payment instalments, our Team can be contacted via email TheTeam@EnergyOn.com.au or by phone on 1300 323 263.

Our Staff and Contractors

As a family business we have set many of our team to work remotely, our meetings are held via phone or video conference and we have limited visitors to our office. Within the office, we are promoting physical distancing and have increased our cleaning regime and processes. Staff are provided up to date information to benefit the health and safety of our team, our contacts and our families.

Management have created a plan to safeguard the operation of the business, to protect our customers, clients, contractors, staff and the community at large.
